About Bumble and bumble.
First created as a New York City salon in 1977, Bumble and bumble is widely known as the authority in professional hair care and styling products – developed by hairdressers, for hairdressers. Bb.Products have a devoted following among stylists backstage at fashion shows, on set and in TV, film and theatre – not to mention fashionistas and beauty junkies worldwide.
The New York–based company operates two salons in Manhattan, and Bb.Products are sold in the exclusive Bb.Salon Network, a group of 3,000 prestigious salons, and in influential beauty apothecaries. Salons in the Bb.Network share a dedication to the craft of hairdressing and attend Bumble and bumble University (Bb.U) for advanced education in salon business management, styling, cutting and product knowledge.
Bumble and bumble joined The Estee Lauder Companies' family of brands in June 2000 and was fully integrated in September 2006.
